INDIVIDUAL LIABILITY FOR CORPORATE CONDUCT

            A person who [engages in conduct] [causes conduct to be performed] [in the name of] [on behalf of] a corporation is criminally liable to the same extent as if the conduct were performed in the person's own name or on his or her behalf.¹
