GENDER

            Whenever the word "he" is used in these instructions, you may consider it as applying equally to a woman or an entity such as a corporation.

COMMENTS

            1.  The Committee has attempted to make all instructions gender neutral;

therefore, it should not be necessary to use this instruction.  However, if the masculine form of pronouns is used by the trial judge, then this instruction should be given.
